Sellers need the facts. To successfully sell their property in today’s market it is imperative that they work with an agent that will honestly inform them on what it will take to sell their home. Jackson employs a three step process that informs the client how to properly present their home using proven staging techniques, how to price their home by providing a comparative market analysis that employs analytical appraisal formulas and how to market their home by implementing Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group’s comprehensive marketing plan.
